It is with heavy hearts and boundless disappointment that we have opted to cancel this year’s Summit during this tumultuous time. The health and well-being of our Beachbody family is first and foremost and with the inability to predict travel, public health regulations and personal financial hardships, we think it would be prudent to cancel now instead of waiting until closer to the event. This is so we can refund your ticket, facilitate hotel cancellations, and give everyone ample time to cancel any other arrangements.
There is nothing we would love more than to have the entire Beachbody Community together under one dome, but at this uncertain time, it seems to get progressively more challenging to produce Summit the way it is intended – a gathering of thousands of our like-minded community celebrating each other and our mission.
We want to make the process of cancelling and refunding as streamlined as possible. FAQ 7979 outlines the 2020 Summit ticket refund procedure and the hotel cancellation process, along with some other important details. We are currently working out alternate plans to make sure that you get all of our exciting announcements and updates. We also know how many of you work all year round not just to help your teams and customers, but also to get recognition in front of the entire Beachbody family. And trust us, it’s one of our favorite parts of Summit too! We are exploring all types of ideas on how to make sure everyone feels that similar sense of celebration and appreciation. This is one of our top priorities as we begin tackling the idea of a year without Summit. Please be patient as we re-strategize and figure out next steps. In the meantime, thank you for all you do and we hope you’ll keep pushing forward.
In the interim, we ask that you do not flood the Events inbox with questions/requests. FAQ 7979 should hopefully answer many of your questions and should you still have outstanding issues, then please e-mail us at email@example.com and our events team will field any and all requests as quickly as possible. We will continue to update you with future plans and keep an open line of communication as we re-shape the months ahead.
Again, we can’t tell you how disappointed we are about not being together, but we will navigate this challenging time together. Never has “Better Together” been more meaningful and pertinent.
Please stay healthy and safe and a very special thank you to all of our coaches who serve dual roles as coaches and medical professionals and everyone on the front lines fighting this pandemic in any and all capacities.
